Delivery & Shipping

How long will my delivery take?

All standard orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once an order is confirmed.  

 

If you intend to place a large order, please contact us at hello@findmyhue.com to check on the processing time before placing your order. 

 

All orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. If you have placed an order with us on Friday, the earliest dispatch day will be the following Monday.  

 

A shipment notification email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.  

 

Any delays in courier deliveries made by 3rd parties are beyond our control. We will, however, try our best to reach out to our courier partners to resolve the issue.

What are the types of delivery available?

Only standard delivery is available.

Can I deliver my purchases to a PO box?

For security reasons, delivery to a PO Box is not permitted.

How much is the shipping fee?

All standard shipping will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$5 per order.

Free shipping is provided for local orders above SGD$80.00.


 

We do not deliver to selected restricted areas in Singapore. If you are unsure, please contact us at hello@findmyhue.com to check if we are able to deliver to your designated address.

Unsuccessful delivery

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, there will be no additional charge for one reshipping attempt to the same address. However, a re shipping fee of SG$8.00 will apply if the item is returned due to a wrong delivery address.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from Singapore.

Do you offer international shipping? If yes, how much does it cost?

At the moment, we do not provide international shipping. We are working towards introducing international shipping soon. Please join our mailing list to receive our latest updates.

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?

We understand that errors can occur, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation if the item has not yet been dispatched. However, if an incorrect delivery address has been provided, resulting in the item being returned to us, a re shipping fee of SG$8 will be applicable for each subsequent attempt.

Can I change the date of delivery after the order has been placed?

Please check your order carefully before making a payment. Once an order has been placed, the date of delivery cannot be changed.
