who can enjoy hue

Are hue products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Most of them, yes!

 

Our energising chew contains Alaskan fish oil, so it’s not vegan or vegetarian-friendly.

hue pops  contain bovine (beef) gelatin in the capsule shell, so they’re not suitable for vegans or vegetarians either.

 

But good news — uplifting, calming, and fulfilling chews are completely free from animal-derived ingredients and perfect for both vegans and vegetarians!

Are hue products suitable for children?

hue fulfilling chew contains a plant-based ingredient called Phytocann (from black pepper extract), and may not be suitable for anyone under 18.

All our other products are generally suitable for children aged 3 and above!


Since every child is different, we recommend checking with your doctor before giving hue to your little one if you are unsure. 💛

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take hue products?

Our snacks are made with natural plant ingredients, but if you’re pregnant or nursing, it’s always best to consult your doctor first. We want you to feel safe and supported on your wellness journey!

Are hue products suitable for people with diabetes?

Our hue chews contain some sugar (about 1.7g per chew), so we recommend enjoying them in moderation.

hue burst and pop are sugar-free and totally suitable for people managing their sugar intake!

Are hue products Halal certified?

While our products aren’t Halal-certified (yet!), rest assured they contain no pork or lard.

Can I take hue products every day?

Yes, absolutely! Just follow the Suggested Use on the label and enjoy daily support for your mood. 😊

Should I take hue with or without food?

 You can take hue any time—before or after meals, with or without food. Whatever suits your routine best!

Can I mix and match different hue products?

Yes, all hue products are crafted around the concept of "snackable moods", and combined, can help you achieve your mood needs and personal wellness goals.

What if I can’t finish a hue burst in one go??

For freshness, we recommend that you consume our hue bursts on the same day after it has been opened.

How long do hue products last?

hue chews and pops have a 24-month shelf life.
hue bursts are good for 12 months.

How should I store the them?

We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight—especially the chews, as they can be a bit sensitive to heat!
hue bursts can also be refrigerated or frozen for an extra refreshing taste. 😊

Product Quality and Ingredients

Where is hue manufactured?

hue chews and bursts are proudly made in Taiwan.
hue pops are made in Japan and assembled in Singapore.

How is safety, purity, and quality ensured in hue?

We work only with trusted suppliers and production partners. All hue products are made in GMP and HACCP-certified facilities and follow strict quality checks to make sure they’re safe and effective. In Singapore, we comply with HSA and SFA food regulations. We also make sure our factories comply with Good Manufacturing and reduce the risk of cross-contamination with appropriate cleaning methods. 
Safety is always our priority! 

Does hue contain any major allergens?

hue chews contain soybean lecithin and are made in a facility that handles soy.
Uplifting chew (tiger milk mushroom + gac fruit) is yogurt-flavored and may contain milk.


hue bursts and pops are not made with common allergens like soy, eggs, peanuts, milk, shellfish, or wheat.


Check the full ingredient list if you have specific allergies—your safety is super important to us!

Is hue non GMO and gluten free?

Yes and yes! All hue products are made with non-GMO ingredients and are 100% gluten-free.

How long does delivery take?

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will arrive in about 2–4 working days—just enough time to get excited!✨ We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as it ships, so you can follow your hue goodies every step of the way.

How do I check or track my order?

Once your hue snacks are on their way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date—so you’ll know exactly when to get excited! 📦

Can I cancel or change my order?

Oops—sorry hue-bie! 💛 Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, so be sure to double-check everything before checking out.
