SUITABILITY

Are hue products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

The indulging hue chew and hue burst series do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are both vegan and vegetarian-friendly.


The energising chew contains fish oil and is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

 

hue pops contain bovine gelatin in the capsule shell, and is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. 

Are hue products suitable for children?

The energising chew (fish oil) is suitable for children.


The indulging chew (tiger milk mushroom + gac fruit) , hue bursts, and hue pops contain natural traditional plant ingredients. It is recommended you seek advice from a medical professional before giving it to your child.

Are hue products suitable for pregnant and lactating women?

As all hue products contain natural plant ingredients, women who are pregnant or lactating should consult their doctor before use.

Are hue products suitable for diabetics?

As hue chews and pops contain some sugar, it is recommended for diabetics to consume them in moderation.


All hue bursts are sugar-free and are suitable for diabetics.

Are hue products Halal certified?

Our products are Halal-friendly even though they are not Halal-certified (yet)

Can hue products be consumed daily?

Yes, you may consume daily as indicated in Suggested Use

Should hue products be taken with or without food?

All hue products can be taken with or without food.

Can I take more than one hue product from the same category and across categories?

Yes, all hue products are crafted around the concept of "snackable moods", and combined, can help you achieve your mood needs and personal wellness goals.

Can I keep hue burst for another day if I cannot finish it in one sitting?

For freshness, we recommend that you consume our hue bursts on the same day after it has been opened.

STORAGE

What is the shelf life of hue products?

Our hue chews have a shelf life of 18 months, hue bursts have a shelf life of 12 months, while hue pops have a shelf life of 24 months. 

How should I store the products?

We recommend storing the products in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. hue bursts can be refrigerated for the best taste, but it is not necessary

Product Quality and Ingredients

Where is hue manufactured?

All hue products are currently manufactured in Taiwan.

Our hue pops are manufactured in Japan, and assembled in Singapore. 

How is safety, purity, and quality ensured in hue?

We work with reliable suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure product quality specifications are in order. We run necessary quality tests to ensure product safety. All hue products are produced in a GMP and HACCP-certified manufacturing facility. In Singapore, it complies with the regulations set out by the Health Authority of Singapore (HSA) and Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Does hue contain any major allergens?

Our hue chews contain soybean lecithin, and are produced in a manufacturing facility that handles soy. Indulging chew (tiger milk mushroom + gac fruit) is yogurt-flavored and may contain milk. 

 

Our suppliers and manufacturing facilities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and reduce the risk of cross-contamination with appropriate cleaning methods. 

 

Our hue bursts and hue pops are not formulated or manufactured with the following allergens (soy, eggs, peanuts, milk, shellfish, and wheat).

Is hue non GMO and gluten free?

Yes, all hue products are sourced and produced with non-GMO ingredients and are gluten-free.

How do I check or track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have been shipped, an email that includes your estimated delivery date and tracking number will be sent to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please check your order carefully before making a payment. Once an order has been placed, cancellations and changes will not be accommodated.
