Returns and Refunds

Every product is carefully inspected before we pack and send them out. However, if you have any missing, incorrect, or damaged items in your order, please contact us at hello@findmyhue.com. 

 

Refund Eligibility 

Please be aware that, due to concerns related to food safety and hygiene, we do not permit refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or if the product falls short of your expectations or needs. 

 

Refunds will only be issued for damaged and defective items. To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection for all items purchased with us on these conditions: 

  1. Damaged / faulty item  
  2. Incorrect item received  
  3. Missing packs in the product 

 

For damaged or defective products, we may request photographic evidence of the issue for our records. 

 

In the event of duplicated orders, we will cancel the duplicated order and the amount will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed, subject to your credit card’s billing cycle. 

 

Return Process 

Should you have any of the above problems with your order, please start a return request by contacting us at hello@findmyhue.com.  

 

Please include the following in your return request:  

  1. Reason for the return request;  
  2. Photos/pictures of the issue  

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

hue reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether to approve or reject each return request. For eligible returns, we will provide instructions on returning the product and send you a return shipping label. 

 

Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and has not been consumed extensively. Returns should be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. 

 

You are required to pass the parcel to our courier partners and they will deliver the items back to us. In the event that you have missed the originally arranged time, you are required to pay for the courier fee. 

 

We reserve the right to reject any item returned if it does not meet the above requirements for returns. In such an event, you will need to pay for the shipping fee for us to return the item back to you. 

 

We will notify you by email once your returned item has been received and inspected, as well as whether your refund has been approved or rejected. 

 

Refund Processing Time 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your credit card’s billing cycle. 

 

Quality Concerns 

We take pride in providing top-quality products to our customers. If you have concerns about the quality of our products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We value your feedback and will work to address your concerns promptly. 

 

Shipping Costs 

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
